mega breakfast

we had a friday breakfast at cocos in sheikh zayed road with yoyen and friends. it was her birthday bash that decided to take a morning spin instead. since i did not have my dinner at all, and so i ordered a mega breakfast.

it contained two slices of beef bacon and another two beef sausages, triple eggs (the yolks are four and the waiter told me that it was a bonus since im their usual customer ...hehe) cooked sunny-side-up, potatoes, two wedges of fresh oranges, and two pieces of pancakes. it cost dhs30.

the only downside is that the coffee or juice is not included (which would cost you another dhs10 if you want for cappuccino).

up next, uric acid detonator. :D

yummy breakfast. may i correct the wrong perception about eggs and I want this to share with you guys. .The cholesterol in eggs really shouldn't scare you away completely. Most of the cholesterol in your body is made by your liver and the amount of cholesterol in your diet may not have as big an impact on your blood cholesterol as people once thought. In fact, you can eat one egg every day without harming your cholesterol and other blood-fat levels. Contrary to popular belief that the egg is something to avoid, numerous research and long term studies have shown that eggs are a great dietary source of many fundamental (e.g. protein, choline, cholesterol) and non-fundamental (e.g. lutein, zeaxanthin) components that are essential for optimal health. In fact, many in the fore-front of anti-aging research believe that moderate egg consumption of one per day should be an integral part of a complete anti-aging diet.

So, guys, don't ignore the EGGS, hehehe.
