7days apology

few days after the issue erupted, waiting and resending my letter they finally replied and this what they have said:


Dear Mr *******
Excuse the delayed reply, I have been out of the office and this has just been brought to my attention.

Many thanks for your email. I apologise wholeheartedly for the use of the photo if it is yours - it was used by mistake after being saved on our server, possibly when someone was reading your web site.

I hope you will accept our apology and good luck with your blog.

admitting their mistake was already enough for me but i want to let others know our rights. instead of wasting time and money in court, i decided to let them "clarify" their error they've made by printing it in public.

this was published today, november 22, 2007 on page 25, metrolife section:


if someone use my photos without my permission or credit again, heads will roll.

now back to regular programming.

shouldn't it be stated...The photo is the property of Jeff Vergara and should have been used with permission? Or was used without permission? Labo..hahaha

Jepoy - tell these frigtards to write a clarification to their clarifications. This time around, tell them to say, ...should NOT have been used without permission....". And just for kicks, demand that the clarification be printed using comic san as the font. LOL.

Read the apology again, it says "... and should have been used without permission" WHAT THE ...,

I think you have to do it all over agian,
or better yet, (cause it's just a waiste of breath) next time just send them the bill for the photo, along with a catalogue, and accept no apology "Money baby MONEY";
