therapy
most people find a way to relieve stress or just to cool off if problems or conflicts are not solved immediately. to keep one's sanity, we tend to alleviate the pain whether in a good or in harm's way.i am suffering a lot of stress for the past few days in every corner from work, my trip to philippines, friends, and family. in my case, whenever i feel there is a big storm that stays too long, it's either a venture to take more photographs or do graphic design till it calmed down (just like the forsaken series). That's why i were able to update my blog and some of the images in my portfolio (i also updated the about page of tdc).
note: when clicking on each image, it zooms in. in the case of "forsaken series" link, there are multiple images. just hover your mouse to right or left side of the image to navigate.
how long to keep your sanity through your therapies? let's have some of the little happy-o-meter list:
a pack of ciggies. take 3-5mins per stick... 1- 1 1/2 hours for a pack non-stop.
shopping. for men it would take 3 hours including eating at a mall. for women, it would take half a day, without food.
photography. usually last for 4 hours but when in full battle gear... overnight.
drugs. 5 minutes.. effect varies.
sex. depends on age and consumption amount of redbull.
barhopping. depends on credit card limit and hookup timings.
a bottle of vodka. 2-3 hours solo.
sleep. 0.
well, if you're suffering a lot of stress, i want you to have this small desktop game called stress reducer (works only in pc) and you can kill, rip, vandalize your computer desktop without hurting anyone (except virtual termites).
enjoy. have a nice day.
