well, that’s revolution in arabic sense.

on this date, 24 years ago, it started the edsa revolution. it was one of the most memorable events that unfolded in my home country. it ended the 20-year rule of president ferdinand marcos and corazon aquino became the first filipino woman president.
it’s just coincidence i finally finished my blog redesign and launch it today. it was a “revolution” from my former home and looked for a better place. i made a lot of changes and improvements from the previous blog, adding more pizzaz for your reading experience.
as you can see, the site is much more simpler, a lot of white space and monochromatic colors. the only vibrant colors that you will see here are the photos which give emphasis to my photoblog. speaking of photos, they’re larger than before. navigation is almost everywhere; from tags, categories, dropdowns, and to search box, you’ll never get lost. the comment system is easy (and hopefully spam-free) and if you don’t feel leaving a comment but you like the post, there’s an option to click the “like” if it is useful.
i also integrated my twitter (and tumblr posts) by installing a widget in the main page which consists of iphone shots, rants, and other posts from other sites.
now the only thing is left is to blog once more. inshallah.
