after our visit at the top, i saw an unfinished building beside the the tallest tower. the steel and glass patterns caught my attention.

it was almost a perfect time to visit at the top. we were blessed with clouds and lighting was directly above the buildings, minimizing shadows. unfortunately we can’t have it all due to hazy conditions which obscured parts of dubai. in any case, i enjoyed the scenery using my wide-angle and telephoto lenses.

burj khalifa held a lot of world records from the tallest structure (828 metres), building with most floors (160) to the fastest elevator (64km/hr). although the indoor observation deck ranks only 3rd, they still bagged the tallest outdoor sightseeing platform.

before my relatives came to visit, i already arranged their itinerary for two days. it wasn’t enough to show everything around the city and i picked only the notable spots in dubai. one of them was visiting “at the top” of burj khalifa.
