shop around the corner

nikon d300, 50mm, f2.8, 1/80sec, iso200

this was taken at a boutique store in bur dubai. i saw this interesting poster of a lady as if she was looking for clothes. i lowered my stance to give a little depth of field towards the subject. normally, owners don’t allow taking photos inside their shops but it seemed okay taking a few.

  1. Hi Jeff,

This is not a comment about your post.

I have a blog called ‘For You, Daddy!’ and my next post is about my experience with Filipino food. Looking through photos on Google images for some of the things I ate in the Philippines, I came across this shot of Puto Bong Bong on this site (below) and I noticed your site at the bottom of that photograph:

I would like to use this picture of yours in my next blog post. I will gladly give you credit for it.

Please let me know if that’s okay with you.

    Thanks for your time.

  4. Hi Jeff,

This is to inform you that I have rescheduled the Philippines post to a future date because I came up with another post that I think is relevant at this time. The Philippines one looks like it might go up in June …. unless something else comes along and usurps it! I like my posts to be relevant at the time of publishing for them to be appreciated better.

I will let you know when I’m ready to publish the post with your image in it.

    Thank you for understanding.

    Kate
