At first, The Dubai Chronicles started as blog of any sorts. It started its spree on the 15th of June 2004 as a personal outlet to rant, blabber, express, entertain or inform the readers with regards to his life in Dubai and nearby places on which he ventured forth.
The Dubai Chronicles evolved when he discovered digital photography in late 2004. He shares his photographic experience through posts and it turned out to be a part photoblog. It became a finalist in Philippine Blog Awards in 2006 and 2007, photoblog category.
A part daily-life blog and a part photoblog. This is The Dubai Chronicles.

the author
Jeff likes to write about what he sees. Since high school, he started doodling in his mini notebook about stuff that interests him. A forgetful person, he prefers to write journals in order to record the events that happened. Then internet age unfolds and the habit of recording events by blogging came back to his senses.
He resides in Dubai since late 2003 working as a web and graphic designer (visit online portfolio).
When not working, either he is with a camera roaming around the city or spending time with friends or just bumming at home.
