finally, our month-long project pays off. we were able to visit the site where we designed and managed the event for the new audi a6 at yas marina circuit. it was a perfect time for me to see the cars face-to-face after countless hours of looking at my computer screens during production. wandering around the yas marina circuit, i took a few snaps with the view.

normally, weddings should be simple and sweet. capturing them being happy was inevitable. prior to the big day, the couple asked me to avoid too much sweet shots. we decided to inject some “bonnie and clyde” look and feel. this shot was taken after the couple just finished exchanging vows at the altar. while resting in their hotel room, i looked and saw this vintage decoration of the bed.
a perfect scene where east meets west.

another year has passed and just like any other photographer, we highlight the year in pictures. as we look back, these are bits and pieces that occured for the past twelve months. it has been a quiet year for me in photography but to say at least, still was a blast.

it has always been busy for this time of the year. closing deals and accounts, annual reports, final pitches and other work-related stuff must be done before the new year unfolds. most of the people have gone for the holidays and parties. the “unlucky” ones usually have to take the burden to keep the ball rolling. over-ty (thank you) and last minute deadlines were part of the game.

yet another sunset shot of 2007 while we visited the open beach near burj al arab. i’m not even halfway through my total image bank and there are three more years to sort! anyway, this shot reminded me of a scene from the movie “city of angels” where angels meet on the shore to listen the celestial music and commune.
